How do I get a job with your company?
Send a cover letter and resume to hr@pearlinter.org. Please make sure to reference the position you are interested in.
How much do you pay?
It depends on the skill required for the position. The range of pay could be anywhere from $8.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour. We occasionally have pay for performance and commissioned positions as well
How would I be trained?
We typically hire people who have the skills to do the job. We do however provide job specific training via webinars and daily conference calls
How can I make sure your company is legitimate?
We are registered with Dun and Bradstreet. Also, once we select you as a candidate we will provide you with state agency references and provide references with our existing employees.
What are the expectations?
We looking for employees who want to commit to work with us and become a part of our team. We want dedication, consistency in performance and a great work ethic.
What are the advantages of working with you?
We are committed to being an organization that takes care of our employees. We provide daily conference calls to provide support and guidance to our agents. We provide mentors for people who are new to our organization and when the opportunity presents, we provide upward mobility.
